Seema Sapra is a practising lawyer in New Delhi, India, and has several years of private practice experience, having worked in commercial law firms. She has also worked with the office of the Attorney General of India. She works and writes on trade and WTO issues. In addition, she also writes on intellectual property law and on competition law. She has served as a Visiting Fellow at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) and was the Director of Trade and Policy at the law firm of Amarchand Mangaldas in New Delhi. She has also been a visiting fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law, Georgetown University Law Centre, Washington, D.C.
